Selection Process

The RBI Grade B selection process consists of three phases:

1. Phase 1 (Prelims): Objective test (200 marks, 2 hours) in bilingual format (except English language test)
2. Phase 2 (Mains): Three papers – Paper 1 (Objective and Descriptive), Paper 2 (Writing Skills), and Paper 3 (Objective and Descriptive) – with a total marks of 300
3. Phase 3 (Interview): 75 marks
