For the positions of Senior Residents and Part-Time Specialists, the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is accepting applications on a contract basis. The application deadline is July 12, 2023. Various specialities, including medicine, surgery, obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics, ophthalmology, ENT, radiology, pathology, and microbiology, have openings. Prior to submitting an application, interested candidates must read the entire announcement.

Eligibility:

The following are the requirements for employment as a senior resident:

  • a postgraduate degree from an accredited university in the pertinent specialisation.
  • the Medical Council of India’s (MCI) official registration.
  • a minimum of one year of experience following graduation.

The following qualifications are required for the position of Part-Time Specialist:

  • a postgraduate degree from an accredited university in the pertinent specialisation.
  • an MCI registration that is active.
  • five years at the very least after graduating.

Age limit:

  • The maximum age limit for the post of Senior Resident is 45 years.
  • The maximum age limit for the post of Part Time Specialist is 69 years.

Salary:

  • The salary for the post of Senior Resident will be between INR 60,000 and INR 121,048 per month.
  • The salary for the post of Part Time Specialist will be between INR 30,000 and INR 60,000 per month.

Selection process:

  • The selection process will involve a written exam and an interview.

  2. Click on the “Recruitments” tab.
  3. Click on the “Senior Residents and Part-Time Specialists” link.
  4. Read the notification carefully.
  5. Click on the “Apply Online” button.
  6. Fill out the application form carefully.
  7. Upload the required documents.
  8. Pay the application fee.
  9. Click on the “Submit” button.

The application form can be completed in Hindi or English. For both the position of Part-Time Specialist and Senior Resident, the application fee is INR 300 for general and OBC candidates. For those who are PWD, SC, ST, or women, there is no application cost.

The deadline for applications is July 12, 2023.
